Dr. Mallory Vachon
Mallory Vachon is the chief economist at LaborIQ®, a compensation benchmarking software. In her current role, Vachon leads the research and data teams that produce key insights and forecasts related to the labor market. Her main focus is providing sophisticated yet accessible analyses that inform business decisions and an understanding of labor market and compensation dynamics. Vachon has been featured in publications such as Bloomberg, SHRM, The Dallas Morning News, and S&P Global Market Intelligence; and she brings more than a decade of experience in labor markets, economic research, and thought leadership. Vachon received her PhD, MA and BA degrees in economics from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.

He is a sought-after speaker for industry conferences, corporate events, and leadership forums. His research has been featured in national media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and Bloomberg Business. Denton is a graduate of the Texas Tech University’s Rawls School of Business where he holds dual degrees in Management Information Systems and General Business.
