Session #3: Looking Back at 2020 and Forward to a Post-COVID World in 2021 – Are You Ready?
Kevin Manion- Sr. Manager Employee Services/Human Resources, Amazon

2020 presented us with professional and personal challenges and, for many, a sense of loss – whether one has been directly affected by illness, death or not. Few humans globally have been untouched by this pandemic. And yet, when I look back on the year that just ended, I cannot help but think of the lessons we can learn from these experiences, and from each other. As we move away from COVID, how will our world have changed? How will our professional environments change and how can we, and the businesses we partner with,  best be positioned for a post-COVID world. Right now, there are more questions than answers, but each one of us has the possibility to be part of shaping what that world will look like. I am hopeful for the future.

Learning Objectives:
What are our key learnings from 2020
What might a post-COVID work look like
How can each of us best prepare for the post-COVID world
