HR Coffee Talk

Our "HR Coffee Talk" for HR practitioners will allow those working in an HR office a way to have meaningful conversation about issues impacting them today.  Designed to be a casual and comfortable conversation, attendees should be willing to share their advice or seek feedback from other HR practitioners.  The discussion topic will be announced prior to the event based on current trending issues at hand.

The Future Work Environment:

As we move into 2021 hybrid work will remain as employees work apart, some from the office and some from home. While the workforce shifts away from a ‘temporarily’ remote to more ongoing hybrid situation, HR practitioners are also planning ahead to allow for flexible, asynchronous work. Employee schedules that are not overlapping are asynchronous. How can we shift our expectations to allow employees flexibility to work on different schedules and from different places? Let’s discuss ideas on how to preserve employee engagement and productivity in a future work environment. Join the conversation and share what solutions you think HR will need in their toolkit.
