James Miller is an Executive Coach and Senior Career Consultant with Right Management. He is recognized for his straightforward manner, insightful coach approach, and deep sense of curiosity which help create learning opportunities for each individual he encounters.
For more than 17 years James has partnered with all levels of leadership and individual contributors in Information Technology, Sales, Financial Services, and not for profit benevolences to improve business results, profitability, and streamline operational efficiency. James was twice a member of the corporate team to receive the International Coaches Federation (ICF) PRISM Award (2005, 2009) which recognizes coaching initiatives for organizations that fulfill rigorous professional standards, address key strategic goals, shape organizational culture, and yield measurable positive impacts.
James Miller has more than twenty-two years of people management experience in a Fortune 50 IT corporation, leading US and international employees in assignments from Operations to Talent Management. His clients ranged from small entrepreneurial organizations to large Fortune 500 companies and university systems. He has designed and delivered Leadership Development Programs for business and has lectured at the graduate university level on “Leader as Coach”. Prior to joining Right Management, James was on staff at the JSOM Career Management Center at The University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, TX.
