What is the Refund, Substitution, and Cancellation policy?
Substitutions are permitted and must be in writing. An administrative fee of $25 will be incurred. Email substitution requests to Florence Epelfeld at [email protected]. All Cancellations incur a $25 administrative fee in addition to any percentage owed according to the 2023 Refund Schedule below. Registrations are not transferable to future events.
2023 Refund Schedule
Cancellations received by midnight January 19, 2023 100% Refund (less $25 admin fee)
Cancellations received by midnight January 26, 2023 50% Refund (less $25 admin fee)
Cancellations received by noon on February 4, 2023 or later NO REFUND
DallasHR reserves the right to cancel or revoke any registration for any reason without a refund.
