Online Service Provider Directory Order Form

Thank you for choosing to list your company in the DallasHR Service Directory. Listing price is special introductory rate of $250 for DallasHR members, $400 for Non-Members for 1 year. A renewal notice will be delivered at least 30 days before the end of each 12 month term. 3 business categories are included in the listing price. Addtiional categories will cost an additional $25 each. Payment options Credit Card: Payment in full may be made online using an accepted credit card. A confirmation email will be sent immediately following your payment submission. Checks: We do not accept checks online. If you wish to pay by check, you must print an order form and mail it with your check to the DallasHR office. Click here to print the form. All listings are subject to approval Please complete all fields. Please refrain from typing in ALL CAPS or using excessive punctuation. Partial refunds are not available for listings deleted before the end of a 12 month term.
